-Watchdog Program. Any property under our care will automatically be put on our in-house watchdog program. At every visit we will be inspecting the interior and exterior of the home. Properties found un-secure or with heath and safety issues will immediately be reported to the listing agent or client. Doors and windows left unlocked and other security issues will be address.
